You may return your unworn, unused, and undamaged shoes within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be in their original condition, including the original packaging. Items marked as final sale or personalized are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Return

- Step 2: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your shoes for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you in selecting the correct size or product, and once we receive your returned items, we will ship the exchange to you.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
